Healthcare Staff Grading

The majority of candidates sourced by Berry Medical automatically fall in to national Category Bands. At Berry we have created a special Category Band system to cover Care Workers and Support Workers. We find that this helps us to motivate and train these candidates and to match them to employer requirements.
